    • Order/Invoice ID
    • Reason for the refund request
  • Once we receive your refund request, we will:
    • Acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
    • Investigate the issue and respond within 5-7 business days.

iii) Refund Approval and Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

3. Cancellation Policy

i) Cancellation Eligibility

  • Before Service Commencement: You can cancel your service purchase within 24 hours of making the payment, provided the service has not been initiated.
  • Service Not Started: If the service has not yet commenced, you may request a cancellation.

ii) How to Cancel

  • Email us at cancellations@creditgo.in with the following details:
    • Full name
    • Email address
    • Contact number
    • Order/Invoice ID
    • Reason for cancellation

iii) Cancellation Approval

  • We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
  • If eligible, we will process the cancellation and initiate a refund (if applicable) as per the Refund Policy.

4. Non-Refundable and Non-Cancellable Services

  • Services that have already been initiated or completed.
  • Services involving consultation or advisory sessions that have been conducted.
  • Customized services specifically tailored to your requirements.
  • Services purchased as part of a promotional offer or discount.

5. Changes to Purchased Services

Modifications to purchased services can be requested if the service has not yet commenced. Any changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
